You know what I just noticed? On AMC they censor the word Shit when its used in a derogatory way, but not the word Bitch. That seems strange to me

I think it's because the word Shit is generally considered more vulgar than Bitch.

Bitch isn't really that bad a word. A bitch is a female dog afterall and calling someone a dog isn't really than bad.
