He got a good beatdown on Nigga Truth when he came back, but after that he hasn't done a god damn thing except lose.

If you just watch Raw it seems like the only storyline that has been developing is the WWE Title line. Rey is perched closed to the top as well as Miz. Truth and J-Mo are just filler. A Ry and Ziggler might have something cool going, but it's too late for a SummerSlam payoff. Del Rio is a wildcard, but I dont see them fucking with him for the title at summerslam.

Why can't they just make the stories a little more clear before the biggest PPV of the summer?

Something about Cenas character tonight that seemed more 'real'. As if he wasnt speaking as a character but more as himself. Really helped made this feud even more legitimate on top of Punks brilliance as of late.

A lot of people missed Austin's initial push and evolution because they were either clinging on to WCW or not watching wrestling, until they heard about it and got dragged in.
