I love 'main event' tag teams like Rated RKO, Power Trip and Jerishow so if they did that I'd be interested, throwing a couple of jobbers together to make teams aint gonna get ppl watching though.

not right away, but if you build them and give them a good push, then yea it will get people watching.

But having at least one or two tag teams of veterans will help the division get over quicker.

I'd be fine with 1 or 2, but I don't think you can "rebuild" the division by using all ME'ers

Hopefully if they are serious about rebuilding the tag division it doesn't get dropped again once creative looses interest or the WWE shifts back to just main eventers as the focus.

Although at least the worst case scenario would guarantee a short period of good tag team wrestling similar to when the WWE tried to be as good as the Knockouts in TNA which led to a short period of quality women's matches until they lost interest again (also dropping Finley as in charge of the division).

I remember London and Kendrick owning the record for most time in the brand split era with the tag belts but never were used to help rebuild the division even on the weaker Smackdown show.

This doesn't surprise me. As a wrestler, Triple H probably really appreciates how great tag team matches can be for as crowd-warmers and such. The Briscoes would be an interesting team in the WWE -- I can see them working as redneck babyface that you sort of want to get behind, because they take a beating and keep smiling. Honestly, I wouldn't mind it if Mick Foley brought them in as an on-air pet project, or something.

The Kings of Wrestling would be great, and I'd love it if they essentially stayed exactly the same as they are. Both guys have personalities which work fine. Even have them use that dirty word "Wrestling." I could see them being like Chris Jericho when he first showed up -- presented as a heel, but too over to stay that way for long.

Los Aviadores are long overdue for a call-up. I think the only reason they haven't been is because the WWE doesn't want too many guys with masks on the WWE roster. But you have them show up in a six-man tag with Rey Mysterio against The Miz, Michael McGillicutty & David Otunga, and I guarantee they will be over in no time.

You've got Bo Rotundo and Husky Harris in FCW -- so why not bring them up as a tag team? They could even work a nice babyface style, with Bo taking the beat-down, and tagging in big Husky for the finish -- although they seem like they could work equally well as heels.

That's just scraping the bottom of the barrel. You could create some great tag teams using the FCW and main WWE roster. Personally, an idea I've wanted to see lately is Pryme Tyme -- a heel combition of Primo and JTG -- with Primo teaching JTG that "gangster" is in the soul, and not in the way you dress -- leading to them adopting matching attire and cheating their asses off while flying around the ring.

You could also give Curt Hawkins a random heel partner to take on Zack Ryder and a babyface partner, with Hawkins costing Ryder and his partner a match against McGillicutty & Otunga -- feeling betrayed that Ryder has been looking for other allies. If you don't go with Primo & JTG, I'd suggest the team of Primo & Hawkins -- two former "bros" of Ryder, feeling that they have been left behind while Ryder has gone onto bigger things.

Yeah, you just need the right pairing. Honestly, I think a great pairing would have been Zack Ryder and Chris Masters. Ryder could give Masters a guido make-over, and Masters could bounce his pecs. In the ring, Ryder takes the beating and tags in the beast that is his back-up. They would have been super over. Especially if you give them someone like Eve Torres as a valet.

It's really tough to capture that certain "tag team magic" with enough people to make a division. It's also tough to maintain that level of interest. We've seen them put efforts up in the past. Most of the time, it's just shit.
