Wouldn't be surprised if that was done and Barrett wins the case because Bryan still has a long way to go to develop into a credible contender while Barrett already has experience in the main event level and adds more depth to the heels side.

I would be a little surprised honestly. Only because they have until next April to build DB into a credible contender, PLUS it makes a great underdog story for Mania. Plus, with Cena vs the Rock, the rumored HHH vs CM Punk, and a WWE title match if Cena isn't champ, having DB in the world title match wouldn't be that big of a deal.

With that said, I agree that Barrett could also use it, and can easily even out the heel/face ratio as a main eventer.
