But in the context you're talking about, Jeff by far. He had more opportunity to be huge than Matt and fucked up worse.

Are you sure? Jeff had a crappy trailer that burned down. Also, with a serious drug habit, he may have shot/smoked/snorted his "fortune" away.

As to the topic, well... Jaff is a MUCH bigger fuck up. He's actually a fuck up. Matt Hardy is just a dumb ass who found the internet and had too much free time due to all his suspensions/firings and obviously needed a hobby.
