* AJ Styles - Workhorse babyface on SmackDown!
* Alex Shelley - Babyface tag team with Chris Sabin on...let's go SmackDown!?
* Austin Aries - Mid-card heel on RAW
* Brooke Adams - Takes her ass wherever she goes
* Bubba Ray Dudley - I'd like to see him as a singles heel in the WWE, not going to lie
* Chris Sabin - Same as Alex Shelley
* Douglas Williams - Heel tag team on SmackDown! with Magnus
* Hernandez - Shawn Michaels brings him to RAW as their "Mason Ryan" type "let's try and push this guy" babyface
* James Storm - Babyface tag team on RAW with Robert Roode
* Jesse Neal (to developmental) - a "wait and see" type thing
* Madison Rayne - Heel Diva on RAW
* Magnus - Heel tag team on SmackDown!
* Matt Morgan - Main event heel on RAW
* Robbie E. (for a feud with Zack Ryder -- "are you serious, bro?!?") - Mid-card heel on RAW; might not last long
* Robert Roode - Babyface tag team on RAW with James Storm
* Rosita - Babyface Diva on SmackDown!
* Samoa Joe - Babyface on SmackDown!; success depends on how well people connect
* Sarita - Heel Diva on RAW
* Velvet Sky - Babyface Diva on SmackDown!
* Victoria - Heel Diva on SmackDown!
* Winter - Heel Diva on SmackDown!
* Zema Ion - Mid-card babyface on SmackDown!

That's my list of guys that I think the WWE would realistically pick up. Some of the other guys there are very, very talented -- but have been in the WWE before and are notorious for attitude problems (Brian Kendrick, Frankie Kazarian, D'Angelo Dinero, etc.). While those could easily be forgiven, I doubt they'd be amongst the first talents signed.
