Okay, I'll bite.

As Forrest ran through the entire country and became a media phenomenon, he arrived back to his hometown where he finds out that Lt. Dan sold Gump's half of the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. while he was away. When Forrest grabbed Lt. Dan from his wheelchair and demanded answers, a shadow approached Gump and a hand appeared on his shoulder. Forrest turned around and had a look of disbelief. "It can't be!" said Gump. In a quick of an eye, Forrest was punched to the ground and from the shadows revealed to be BUBBA! Who seemed to be alive all this time as Lt. Dan and himself planned this from the beginning! SWERVE!
