Why would Cena want to tag with The Rock, and why would The Rock agree, when they don't like each other?
Funkman is trying to be "The Fair General Manager" and show that he can do a better job than Triple H, his "Good Guy" persona could very well be revealed down the line to all be a ruse.

Cena would pick The Rock because he knows that The Miz & R-Truth wouldn't have the balls to attack him before their match like they did with Zack Ryder. If they tried, they would get their asses handed to them.
