I haven't bought the game yet but with all the problems listed, would it be better to just wait for a patch to be released or wait till the game goes to the discount bin?

I was going to get it during Black Friday but ended up missing out on grabbing a copy.

Perhaps its best to wait until the price drop then.
We have hoped for patches most years and someone correct me if I am wrong..but I don't think we ever really got any.
