Would anyone be surprised if the Marlins somehow won the title again and then just had another huge fire sale of the team?

I understand the terms of the new stadium means the owner can't be a cheap-ass for the next year or two but at the same time I don't think it has any terms of him dropping salary once he wins or spends enough to get people to stop calling him a cheap-ass owner.
