Promoteit properly? go to a loacal indy show and tell them youre showing ppvs for free on a big screen, if you don't have another place int he area doing it certainly the booker would welcome the publicity in return.

i.e you promote them, they promote you. but do this to a bunch of promoters, if they catch on that you're doing it to every other promotion to, well who cares, the info is already out htere, lol.
