I'd think it would count. Jericho was eliminated due to being "unable to continue" so while he was never pinned or submitted, he was still eliminated. I'm thinking we should add a new category to elimination matches now though. Most eliminations should garner extra points in any match involving eliminations. IE, Rumble, EC, Survivor Series Matches, Battle Royals, etc.

I was so close to picking Santino to win the SD EC, but opted for Bryan to retain, thankfully so.

My first instinct was always "How does CM Punk retain the belt and still wrestle Jericho at WM?" and I couldnt come up with an answer. Obviously the correct answer was Jericho never gets eliminated and wins a battle royal trainwreck the night after..
