Upside-down Hell in a Cell Match

The premise of such a match is an upside-down hell in a cell cage structure with a wrestling ring placed in the center.

No Holds Barred rules apply inside the cage and everything is legal. Submissions and pinfalls are not counted.

The only way to win the match is by climbing the structure and escaping with both the feet touching the floor.

In case both the opponents' feet touch the floor at the same time, the wrestlers are required to re-climb the structure and the first wrestler to enter the ring with both of his feet grounded on the mat wins. If both the wrestlers feet are grounded on the mat at the same time, they are again required to escape the structure. This procedure continues until a clear winner can be decided.
