Yeup that is one of the special attractions about baseball stadiums is that every stadium feels different enough due to having pretty relaxed rules on field and stadium design for most of baseball's history.

Fenway has the short right wall because of Ted Williams while one of the Phillies old stadiums once had a deep center due to the owner being a cheapass and unwilling to buy more balls for games. Rockies figured since they were unlikely to every land a great pitcher as a free agent, might as well built it in a way that benefits their batters the most.
