Thinking about it, if Ken can hadouken and he's into parties? Does he ever drunkenly hadouken? Maybe as a party trick.

We need a drunk hadouken user in SF5. Maybe Drunken Hobo Ryu? Hadoukens are urine stained yellow and drift upwards, completely missing the opponent each time.
He can fall to his knees and throw up when he does an EX hurricane kick or breakdown into tears mid Shoryuken, saying his opponent his really his best friend and he'll always love him.
