Modern PC gaming has just gotten better. I have had a Compaq, Dell, my first custom PC which then went through a couple upgrades over the years, and now I have my first actually REALLY nice PC that I built last year, although I'm sure it could stand a couple upgrades already. The graphical capabilities of modern games are amazing, and I have played so many PC games over the years that it would be impossible for me to list them from memory. PC games are just a whole different beast than console games. RTS mostly, although there is just something about certain other games having much more capable control schemes on a PC as well. Shooters are just a different experience on PC. The fact that I can plug in a 360 controller and use it for various games just makes this one of the most versatile systems you could have. I wish more people would get into PC gaming, because it really is 'superior' all around. I spend most of my time on my PC, so it only makes sense for me to spend money on a nice one since I'm going to use it a lot. But I can understand why some people wouldn't want to spend the money on a good PC.
