Yes. As someone who hasn't been following it at all, I assume it was a free download for a second there and had to look it up, so I saved others the hassle. I'm not entirely sure how any game with an initial outlay is f2p.

As someone who has spent more than a decade spending his weekends alone and crying, let me assure you that Free to Play entirely refers to the subscription model, not up-front costs. Sure, the term originated with titles with no up-front cost and has continued to be defined by the mainstream (and even gaming magazines) as such, it means something different in my guild, so you're the idiot!
