I won't lie, I couldn't tell what his gimmick was supposed to be when I first watched that vignette, and I couldn't understand why people were loving him so much. I thought he was just some creepy guy walking around the Florida Everglades.

But I've watched it again after reading that and I can see why a creepy southern preacher gimmick can be seen coming through, but only just.
