I mean I like to go to the gym and keep in shape and I look for that in a girl. There is a fine line between toned and muscular as hell and i don't look for that in a girl.(maybe you like to be dominated/manhandled by women haha) Beth is like some sort of powerlifter because she is burly. heavy weights gives you big muscles and light weights gets you toned. She kinda lifts lke how chyna did but not as crazy..(chyna was in some documentary and she was curling like 2 70 lb dumbbells with each hand).

After I typed this I was interested in what Chyna looks like now and she looks like a new person.. it's a miracle in what plastic surgery can do today..
