I don't remember that. I only remember guys like del Rio last year against Punk, The Miz and I believe Daniel Bryan running in and getting hit before they could hand it in.

Either way, the idea that the ref would just not ring the bell because he got hit and is in a vulnerable position doesn't make much sense.
