I remember reading in Foley's first book about when he was in Japan and some guy flipped his shit after a match and slammed another guy onto a nail. Not a bed of nails, just one nail which is way worse.

Does anybody remember this? Who was it?

That was one of the Leatherfaces who was Corporal Kirschner, who got fired from IWA Japan for that incident.
