Starting with Black Ops 2, Call of Duty's Elite services will switch from a paid to a free service. While stat tracking will be free, DLC content will be moved into the Season Pass structure.

The Season Pass contents for the game has been leaked recently although prices shown are for the UK market so the Pass itself probably won't be $55 in the US.
