Great Sasuke was the first J-Crown champion (8 belts which he won in a tournament, in which all the champions defend their titles to unify). Ultimo Dragon beat him to win the J-Crown to add with the NWA World Middleweight title and his portion of the WAR World Six-Man Tag Team title, making him hold 10 belts. By the end of 1996, he would hold 11 belts total by winning the WCW World Cruiserweight title at Starrcade.
