Quick-scoping is rife in BO2. It's thoroughly irritating as well. Benders.

I enjoy a bit of sniping but it's way better in Battlefield 3 with bullet drop, one-hit-kills only if you get a headshot and the spotting system. I headshotted some poor bastard from 500m when he was running down the beach in one of the islands. Of course no one else saw it but it was immensely satisfying still. Sniping in CoD is more a case of if you're smart enough to avoid getting rumbled too often, it's not difficult to hit even a running opponent.

Maybe.

And yeah, I agree that if you're playing with a few people you can coordinate with, getting all flags is a viable option. But when it's with randoms, who most of which don't even use a mic, it just leads to the opposing team getting two control points.

Fucking finally out of the funk I've been in. Back to dominating with the AN-94.

Been cheesing with the target finder for fun. I seem to get more head shots per game with it than without it.



They finally fixed rendering, but does the sound seem off on this for anyone else?

As a player who enjoys sniping, I agree with RoXer.

My suggestion would be simply having the crosshairs not be in the center of the screen and off slightly in a random direction when you ADS.

Eliminates quickscoping and makes you actually have to line up the shot.

Alright so, I dunno what's going on but ever since I started TeamCagedBird I can't get back to the page to manage anything about the clan. I'm guessing clan support has been suspended? Until who knows? I dunno.

All I know is that for now it's only Me, Blitz, and Alvarado with pending invites to Fignuts, Miotch and G. I think I can manage clan info/members from the Elite app on Xbox, but not on the website.

I signed us up for the few "competitions" they have available just in case. So check those out.

I dunno.

Once they actually support it maybe I'll figure out how to manage this thing. They better do it before the end of the year because I dunno how long I'm going to play this for.

Giving locations of enemies in particular is useful. Get annoyed how silent you guys are. Fignuts can attest to how we dominated when we communicated.

It's not "you guys". It's mostly just me.

Alvarado has a mic, he'll only not use it if he's with his kid or something. Blitz has a mic. Miotch talks. I leave my mic in because I don't want 15 years olds calling me faggot coming through my sound system.

I also don't talk when we play because I don't like talking to you. Don't forget about that.

I understand that, just a little irritating because

1)'I think you are an alright guy and have no problem with you, but you don't like me. Fine, I can accept that, little disappointed because I prefer to get along with everyone but obviously not always possible.

2) I like a constant feed of info from my team.

Why do you need a "constant feed of info?" Most players probably spend about an average of 40 seconds being alive at a given time in this game before they have to re-spawn, it's too fast paced and the maps too small to even pretend "tactical speak" is of any use.

All you need is players who can be relied upon to do sensible things in team games, if I talk on this game it would be to talk shite to my mates. And really if you want to form a really effective team, all you need is for everyone to have UAV and counter-UAV as pointstreaks.

I on average have the least amount of deaths and usually highest k/d ratio because I play it tactically. With a team giving info on locations when UAVs aren't up, it provides you with the possible location they are spawning and where to focus your attention.

I completely agree with at least doing sensible things, it is great when you ask a teammate to do a check down the stairs or watch the door while you check the other or clearthe room or setup a sniper nest.

Lastly though, complementary killstreaks, not just UAV and C-UAV are needed. What works is causing your opponents as much disadvantage as possible so for example A c-uav, guardian and a dragonfire and the enemy hasn't a chance.

I can and have played without a peep from the entire team I am playing with but really don't see the point if it feels like you are playing with a half dozen decent randoms and not some likable gentlemen like yourselves.

In objective based games, communication can be useful. In deathmatch games, not as much.

Honestly FA, I don't like talking to you in games because you don't even talk about the game half the time. Like I am trying to focus on killing people, and talking about that stuff with my friends or maybe joking around, nothing serious, and you come in and want to talk about the most random crap that totally takes me out of what I'm in the mood to do. Like, I'm playing this game because I want to kill the shit out of people with friends. Usually multiple friends. And you join and start domineering the airwaves with whatever it is you want to talk about usually, no matter if the chat is full of other people or not. This typically, depending on how your day is going, devolves into just complaining about what's going on, and it usually brings down other people, who then start bitching, etc... and it degenerates pretty quickly and brings the whole room down.

If we're being honest here. I love you bro, but you are rather off putting when you voice chat in shooters.

It also lets you complain about people 'stealing kills'. My little brother and his friends would constantly complain about that. I suppose the rest of us should fully check if a target is being sighted by someone else before we fire off a shot.

This is all conjecture but you must be really bad if people have come out and complained about your conduct in here. You'd expect them to be too polite to say anything if they've spoken in person.

Never complain about kill steals since Last Stand is not in this game.

Yes, I conducted myself in a poor manner by yelling and cursing at times prior to purchasing Halo 4 and then this game.

I used to lose my shit fairly easily and totally make an asshat of myself. Embarrassed to be truthful so I have done my best to stop it. Still tend to express frustration through various swear words but trust me, nothing compared to before.

Some guy, judging by the voice, about 12 years old who was on the server I was playing on last night constantly screamed into the mic. Each time he got killed he yelled "FUUUUUUUUUUUCK" and each kill he yelled, "HELL YEAH!".

I found it hilarious but people were yelling back at him over the mic and "reportiing" him.

i love talking on the mic while playing. but usually just stay in party chats. i find it helpful in halo and sometimes fifa, but rarely anytime else.

Fangel isn't as bad anymore. He genuinely gives information onthe field aand vice versa. Last time we played together there were multiple times where he gave me a heads up on a flanking enemy and I returned the favor.

I experience WAY more camping in CoD in TDM than I do on BF3 Conquest (which requires "defending" which is not "camping").

And quickscoping quickly ruined the CoD series for me. The last enjoyable multiplayer CoD for me was WaW
