This one time. I was soooo drunk at home and I had friends over and they recorded me doing a Flair flop on the living room floor. First time went perfectly and then they said "hey man do that again i wanna record it" and I did......well I over did it..big time. Dude I flopped too hard and my face smashed directly into the floor...felt concussed. Wish I had that video to share but it was like 3 years ago before I was married and when I enjoyed "Plate-O-Shots" on a nightly basis with my roomate.
