I love how the idiots on here are bitching about Rock beating Punk for the title.

Going into the biggest show of the year, the guy a minority of us worship lost his "world" "title", on a SCRIPTED SHOW, to a part time guy who is the biggest mainstream star and draw for the show, and paved the way for our guy to win the "title" years ago. What a horrible company and product! We're not watching any more!"

Are you fucking serious? Yeah, you're right guys, the WWE are the idiots.

"Hey, we've got this guy who's proven he can bring in ratings and has quite a bit of mainstream appeal outside of our own business. Now, I know our ratings have been falling lately and we're going into our biggest show of the year in a huge media market, but let's keep things the way they've been going. We don't need any additional, outside or mainstream exposure for our product."
