I don't know what it sets up. Shitty booking. It can't even set up a rematch as now Cena has to win it if they do. A year build of Rock costing Cena the title at WrestleMania then just being a dick and Rock Bottoming him at Survivor Series and in that final much hyped meeting between them... Rock wins...

Survivor Series: Rock gets the winning pinfall... then attacks Cena... unprovoked...

These are bully heel moves. Having Rock dominate the feud like that and then ending it with him winning is BAD BOOKING. If Cena had dominated the feud or at least made it a little even, I can see it. You don't have a guy just randomly attack and be a dick to the top babyface and then when the match comes along, have him win again and go on to celebrate in the ring again like he's the hero.

Would be an interesting swerve.

Ultimately, I'm not a mark on a "WELL HE'S GOT TO WIN THIS TIME" because I know the shit isn't real. I just wanna be entertained. If Cena winning leads to some entertaining things, sure, I'm with it. Same with Rock. Rock winning last year did nothing to advance/help Cena's character, unless they allude to it, and it does something drastic later, ie "Two losses in a row, I'm mad now!!! heel turrrrn" or something like that, and thats a stretch.

With that said, I never bitch and go up in arms when "my guy" doesn't go over because...well...so fuckin what? I just wanna see where it goes. Thats just me tho.
