Take a step towards him? ANKLE L... PATRIOT ACT!!!! (it's called "freshening up his character!")

Okay, so these were all misdemeanors in the state of Mississippi, right? Meaning that he hasn't officially violated the WWE Wellness Policy. These indictments are based on an officer's testimony and the facts presented at the time the citations were given and the arrest was made. Sure, that sucks for him, and he sounds like he made some shit decisions.

I wonder if Swagger was raped while they had him locked in that cell. I'm gonna guess yes. They should incorporate it into his gimmick as punishment, but not take away his title shot.
