I think the wellness policy punishes synthetic weed with suspension. I forget if it was Orton or Truth/Bourne, but at least one of those suspensions was from fake weed.

It depends on status. Getting the punishment delayed or as a fine ("pot tax") only is given to main event stars or those in a main event type program.

Bourne was in neither so his occurred right away.
