Ideally, it'd be Shawn Michaels. I believe the HBK/HHH feud is the greatest rivalry and series of matches of the decade. If HBK would refuse to have "one more match", then I'd choose CM Punk. I think Punk/HHH had that same special chemistry that Punk/Cena do.
