Sitting here at the Yankees-Rangers game. Sad that I have to endure Phil Hughes

I'm sorry. If it makes you feel better, I went last year only once to a game and got to enjoy Freddie Garcia.

Saw AJ Burnett about three years ago. After the first or second inning he went down into the tunnel and punched something. Fucked up his knuckles and we had about 5 innings of Dustin Mosely

I'd take Phil Hughes on the Padres in a heartbeat. His fly ball ratio would play way up not just at PETCO, but Dodger Stadium and AT&T Park as well.

Read on MLB Trade Rumors that the Pads are looking into both Ricky Nolasco and Matt Garza. I'd love Garza, but Hoyer is being his typical self, trying to recoup players he drafted working for Bostom, with the rumored name mentioned being Reymond Fuentes, who Hoyer himself traded for in the Adrian Gonzalez to Boston deal, as well as 2010 Padres draft picks. We shall see, but, considering Garza would be a short term rental, with a very slight chance of resigning, I wouldn't give up a whole hell of a lot prospect wise. Especially with Fuentes putting up good to great numbers in AA San Antonio.
