I didn't actually see the match. Did Sin Cara want the match to be stopped or did the referee call it? They stop matches for blood sometimes these days.

Supposedly it wasn't the dive spot but instead Del Rio nailing the hand with a kick that actually caused the injury. The dive ended up making it worse.

Even worse is Del Rio might have been legit pissed at Cara which is why the ref had to physically push Del Rio away.

To be fair, I have broken a bone in the knuckle of both of my pinkies (within a month of each other). jammed them on basketballs both times (Batista is wrong). they got swollen and purple and shit hours later.

I didn't continue playing after either injury. So I won't give him as much shit as I could. But I was in 6th grade gym class, too. So totally not the same thing.

Del Rio was pissed because it meant he had to cut a promo double the usual length, meaning he had to say everything four times instead of two in order to pad it out.

I've broken my finger in soccer a few times. reset it myself and kept playing. Obviously you don't need your hands in soccer like you do in wrestling, but they could have done something besides just stopping the match.

I dislocated the same exact finger during football practice and it was easily a lot worse looking and I popped it back in and continued playing. This should get Sin Cara fired. If you can't wrestle with an injured finger for a few more minutes you shouldn't be in the biggest company in the world.
