I have been a die hard Pirates fan since the early 1980's. I also support the Reds and Indians (being the other "home turf" teams).

I have seen 1 game in Cleveland and have never visited the Reds Great American Ballpark. I have been to Three Rivers Stadium over 15 times and PNC Park about 15 already.

I will support the Reds when the Pirates are doing awful (aka last year and the previous 20) but when it comes down to it..at the end of the day....The Pirates were my first and most important love.


It's not a bad thing to support more than 1 team especially when your "real" favorite team is on a 20 year skid.....


To answer you in short..yes I remember when I was a Reds fan last year
