I'm with Drakul on the personal vehicle issue. If someone is trying to kill you, you should be allowed to defend yourself by any means necessary. I got a bad sport rating when I had a bounty on me, and this guy came after me. We had a war across the countryside shooting at each other in a grand chase. Are cars were ragged by the end and cops were shooting at both of us. Finally I got the last shot in that blew up his car. It was mad fun, but I got a bad sport rating. Never mind that he was shooting my car right back.

Giving a bad sport rating for blowing up personal cars isn't a bad idea, it just needs to be tweaked so that it doesn't interfere with regular gameplay.
