Is that it? Is that really your entire point? That every Thursday night game this year has been utter shit? Awesome. I agree. Moving on...

As a football fan, I'd rather have the option to watch a football game on a Thursday, shitty or not, than not have that option. As would a shitload of other people. As is clear by the fact that the ratings are quite high. So yes, Thursday Night games are a good idea. Even outside Thanksgiving. Turns out football players are capable of playing football on other Thursdays so... they have taken advantage of it.
