Just got done playing online solo. I took another shot at High Priority Case and I managed to beat it.

First attempt, I had to call in a helicopter from Merryweather, kill the pilot and fly it to the top of the Maze bank directly opposite the target. I land on the bank and snipe a few people and fly across.
I then realise that the brief case isn't on top of the building. So I go down a ramp that takes me to another few guys to shoot. Repeat this for 4 or 5 floors.
BTW, you NEED a helicopter to get there. There is no other way to do this mission.

When I finally get the brief case, an enemy helicopter shows up and opens fire. I've no time to get back to my copter so I jump and parachute down.
I need to escape but there are no cars in the street, at all. I call my mechanic and he can't deliver right now. I run and run and finally find a parked SUV. Of course, I have to do that "Smash the window, reach in, open the door, hotwire it" animation. I was killed during it.

I have to start at the very beginning of the mission rather than at a checkpoint, which would have helped. I repeat the whole copter/sniping thing but this time I run back up to my copter and fly it to the warehouse. Mission complete.

Want to know what the payout is? $20,000? No. $10,000? No. $5000? No. It's $3500. That's it. The mission has a 49% like rating. Less now that I gave it a thumbs down.

So, expenses. If you did it my way and didn't already own a sniper etc.
$1000 for copter
$340 for armour which absorbs one hit despite being "heavy"
$13000 approx if you don't already own a sniper rifle
$500 for sniper ammo
$500 for SMG/Assault Rifle/Pistol ammo
$400 approx for parachute

Total: $15740 approx for this mission. In no way, shape or form is the mission worth doing. Avoid it.
