I just feel that it is kind of bad for the drama. A face loses to a heel in a screwjob and it's OK, because he'll get a title match on either RAW or the next PPV. A face beats a heel and instead of a fresh program, the heel gets another shot.

I think it's smarter to start with no rematches and then work them in where appropriate, or have the former champion re-contend.
