JBL is too forceful as a heel... when he actually works as a heel. Half the time the three of them are best buddies and then suddenly JBL is yelling in their faces about the Big Show being a criminal or something. Cole lets himself get plowed under and Lawler, while being the most entertaining of the three, seemingly has no purpose there. He's like a guy who just walks in uninvited and is inoffensive enough to be allowed to stay. They aren't a success as a three-man team.
