Sin Cara* returns on Monday Night RAW

Am I the only one who thinks Sin Cara, no matter who is under the mask, should be no where near a Wrestlemania Card with the amount of people they have to leave off already? Hell they were cutting matches last year. The Intercontinental Title was on the Pre-show for god sake.
