Great idea, and I can imagine it being used as a heel turn to surprise a lot of people.

Say the anonymous MitB owner was someone like Sheamus or some super good guy you wouldn't expect to have dealings with Sandow, like Kofi, and for a while, he had been helping the WWE Champion John Cena out with some troubles with The Shield or some heel duo.

Then after a match that Sheamus/Kofi and Cena win, Sheamus/Kofi hits Cena with a Brogue Kick/Trouble in Paradise, he then cashes in his MitB and pins Cena straight away for the three count.
