Supposedly it was a gag done by the WWE or whoever the source was to fool people and to make Lesnar's recent appearance on RAW become a bigger surprise.
If he actually goes to UFC, its not until after Mania since his current contract ends around that time. |

Nothing as of yet.
The "big" rumor was that UFC signed Fedor and they would have a supermatch. The other, more likely rumor, was that Shane Carwin was coming out of retirement to face Lesnar. The first time they fought at UFC 117 Carwin was undefeated and had won every fight by first round KO. He rocked Lesnar bad, and got him down and pounded his face for 5 minutes. Being an elite wrestler, Brock was able to keep his hip moving and utilized butterfly guard very well. The ref, Josh Rosenthal (WAR), was smart enough and didn't stop the fight. At the beginning of the 2nd, Carwin was gassed bad and Lesnar was able to get a deep double, ended up on top, and finished it with a high level arm triangle choke. It was a HUGE fight (prolly the biggest heavyweight fight in UFC history at the time) and both guys are currently retired. IF Lesnar comes back, I see it for this rematch as a one off "super" fight. |
