Eastern Conference

CBJ V. NJ
TOR V. FLA
MTL V. PHI
OTT V. BUF

Western Conference

WPG V.MIN

VAN V. COL

Conf. Semi-Finals

East

TOR V. CBJ
OTT V. MTL

Stanley Cup Final

Toronto Maple Leafs

That's the gist of what I meant. All 7 CDN teams make the playoffs. All 7 play in 7 of the 8 available 1st Round series. All 7 win their Round 1 series. And the last U.S. NHL team is eliminated in the Conf. Semi Final round, leaving the rest of the playoffs to air only in Canada, with no more playoff hockey, for the last 5 weeks of the season, on U.S. TV, ad money from U.S. advertisers be damned.
