If he were to become an active wrestler again, yes. The only thing preventing it is Hogan's massive ego.

With the WWE being so afraid to do something wrong after that CM Punk podcast, they quickly went and retired Christian fearing from his 'concussion and injuries'. I doubt they would ever mock John Cena after he retires. They will never dare to the same thing for Hogan. Hell, they wouldn't do the same thing to Stone Cold Steve Austin about his neck injury. The certainly won't do the same to The Rock.
