I'd say no mostly because of WWE's horrible track record in recent years when it comes to long term plans.

Also if the WWE had its way, Bryan never gets anywhere close to what happened last year for Mania. Can go all the way back to the "18 seconds" match for how long the WWE has been stubbornly in seeing Bryan as their next mega-star.
