It's kind of a shame they've invested so much into Cena / Rusev having an I Quit match at Payback, since it doesn't leave the result really in doubt here, but there's not really a stronger debut (I know he wrestled a tag match on Raw that one time, but that doesn't really count) than getting put over by Bret Hart and challenging THE GUY in WWE for a championship in your hometown which is nuclear hot for you.
