I'd rather pay �40 for the game with a roster of 25ish characters and pay �7.99 six months later for an extra 3 or 4 characters or �20 for a full Super or Ultra update.

Getting the game with 4 characters and paying for every single additional character will work out much more expensive, I'd imagine.
