I'm with Figgy and Cool King. Dunno why they kowtowed to Japanese complaints. Thought she was always supposed to be mostly English/British looking...now, IMHO she just looks weird, like as if she's someone else entirely.

I don't like it, but I dont blame them. The"kowtowed" because japan is where street fighter is most popular.
