Well, this version of events completely contradicts the version of events with everybody in a car when it happened, so I'm not believing it word for word. Also, I can't fathom Shawn Michaels bringing a belt with him to a nightclub, even as much of a douche as he was.

As for how many it was, I do think the numbers got blown out of proportion, and it was probably one guy that did the damage, but from almost all accounts Shawn was out of it before a punch was ever thrown.
