Just being Australian is a pretty loose connection. I'd like to see Emma feud with Peyton Royce eventually, because Royce also trained under Lance Storm. There's like a "I used to look up to you" story to exploit there. Billie Kay is also adorable, but she looks like she could play a smug, slightly bitchy heel. Maybe have her come to Peyton's aid against Emma & Dana Brooke, but when it becomes obvious they can't get the job done, she turns on Peyton Royce.

Put her in that school girl outfit and call her "The Boyfriend Stealer." Introduce a nice little American boyfriend for Royce for Kay to seduce and mess with Royce. Maybe bring in Cameron (I mean, they have to teach her sometime, right?) to basically run around playing dress-up with Kay. If you need a partner for Royce at this point, use Blue Pants and have her do a bit of cosplay of her own.
