But Of The River kinda sucks as a face. His popularity outside WWE was more face pops like "oh my god, it's him!", but in WWE, it was always generically bland. He has more teeth as a heel.

Unless they let him act heelish as a face, kinda like The Rock, but WWE doesn't seem too keen on that ever.
